Key Highlights:

This Public-Private Partnership (“P3”) project put the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the facility for 30+ years onto the project team. This placed a huge emphasis on energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Zero Envy provided energy modeling feedback throughout the design, lead the energy compliance, certification and utility incentive programs and helped to design and setup the measurement and verification systems and reporting for the project.

Our team continues to provide monthly and annual energy reporting and utility allocation reports in support of ongoing operations.
